ABOUT THE ROLE

Our team builds and maintains an in-house loyalty toolbox that empowers the organization to elevate its omnichannel player communication. We focus on delivering the tools needed to retain customers through promotions, loyalty programs, and key account management — always striving for excellence in how we communicate and engage.

We work closely with both internal stakeholders and external users to create the next generation of innovative retention tools, ensuring we deliver the best possible experience.

As a QA Engineer you are a leading light, bringing a quality-first mindset to the whole process. You have a structured approach to creating test plans, writing and executing test cases, and debugging and reporting defects. 

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Collaborating with development teams to analyze requirements and define comprehensive test strategies.

• Proactively work to ensure high-quality software releases by engaging in the planning and development phase.

• Design and develop test plans with cases, including automated and manual, for integration and regression as well as exploratory testing.

• Execute test cases, accurately document defects, and provide timely reports on testing progress and results.

• Investigate, debug, and troubleshoot issues, providing technical advice and support to stakeholders.

• Maintain and update the test case repository.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of the testing process.

• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and technologies

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• You have at least 5 years of experiences creating automated tests.

• You have a structured approach to quality assurance, including well-defined testing methodologies.

• You are experienced with testing automation with a focus on UI testing.

• You know Javascript and Kotlin (we write our automation tests in JS and Kotlin).

• You understand Java (as you will be testing backend as well).

• You have strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• You have the ability to manage incidents by balancing tactical short-term solutions while suggesting long-term changes that enhance system resilience.

• You speak English fluently (B2/C1 level is a minimum, as we communicate in English) 

NICE TO HAVES

• Familiarity with MySQL, Playwright, Postman and/or TestRail

1. 45-minute phone/Zoom call with our recruiter

2. max. 40 min online personality and logic test

3. 1 -hour technical interview with the task

4. 1-hour cultural fit interview
