Hi! We are LeoVegas Group 🦁 - a premier iGaming company based in Sweden. LeoVegas offers casino, live casino and sports gaming. Our technology development is conducted mostly in Sweden, while operations are based in Malta. From the beginning of 2022, we are also building a Tech Hub in Poland! 🇵🇱

The role

As an Engineering Manager in the Brands department you will work and lead a talented team of developers based in our Poland office to create innovative and high performing mobile apps for a range of LeoVegas’ brands such as LeoVegas, BetMGM, BetUK and

Expekt.

You will have a mobile first approach to development, with an understanding of software Development.

You will be responsible for

● Delivering the Design, build, and maintenance of scalable, secure, and efficient solutions within your team

● Optimising resource utilisation, enhancing performance and ensuring reliability across cloud platforms

● Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and streamline processes

● Improve and maintain the applications with a product focus

● Contribute to launching new brands and brand expansions into new territories

Our expectations

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

● Solid engineering background, spending at least 5+ years working as an engineer.

● Strong people management and leadership skills with at least 3+ years of managing a team.

● Experience in leading or building mobile apps

● Experience in leading and developing people and teams through goals, inspiration, transparency and trust.

● Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching and mentoring agile software development teams.

NICE TO HAVES:

● Experience from the iGaming

● Experience with React Native

 What we offer:

• 💸 monthly salary: 28 000 - 35 000 PLN net + VAT (B2B) OR 23 500 - 29 000 PLN gross (UOP)
• we work in a hybrid model. We would like you to show up in our Warsaw office three times a week, the rest of the days of the week are up to you,
• we work in European office hours,
• ​​800 PLN monthly for benefits (we have a platform with sport cards and different options for private healthcare),

1. max 1-hour phone/Zoom call with our recruiter
2. max. 40 min online personality and logic test
3. 1-hour interview with 2 other EMs from Brands Dept.
4. 1-hour cultural fit interview with your future manager
5. 30-min HR interview (focused on your leadership skills)
