Are you an experienced security professional who enjoys revealing potential weaknesses and then crafting creative solutions to eliminate those weaknesses? If so, please read on!
As a Security Architect within LeasePlan Digital your skills and passion will play a key role in protecting the security and privacy of LeasePlan’s customers in 32 countries. You will be relied upon to provide our teams with the security expertise necessary to make confident product and technology decisions.
Your Responsibilities
- Create solutions that balance business requirements with information and cyber security requirements;
- Drive proactive identification of threats and rapid deployment of countermeasures;
- Play a key role in driving internal security and privacy initiatives;
- Conduct regular security assessments and code reviews;
- Align standards, frameworks and security with overall business and technology strategy, and
- Provide advice based on your experience and deep understanding of software design, software development processes and distributed systems.
Your Background and Skills
- Extensive knowledge of internet security and mobile security issues;
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for the constant fight to ensure security and privacy on the internet;
- Five or more years’ experience in architecture, demonstrating solutions delivery, principles and emerging technologies;
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse audiences;
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills;
- Strong leadership, project and team-building skills, including the ability to lead teams and drive projects and initiatives in multiple departments;
- Demonstrated ability to identify risks associated with business processes, operations, information security programs and technology projects, and
- The ability to be the enterprise security subject matter expert who can explain technical topics to those without a technical background
