Job description
We are looking for a person for the position of Scrum Master who will cooperate with firmware teams.
Our client is a company from the industrial automation industry, they operate in many areas, produce their own software and hardware solutions, cooperate with the military, pharmaceutical and food industries.
Key responsibilities
organizing and conducting sprints
monitoring development progress/sprints
working to maximize team productivity, removing obstacles and introducing changes
solving current problems, planning changes
responsibility for risk management together with the development team
Ideal candidate profile
experience in leading IT teams as a Scrum Master
experience in building and supporting self-organizing teams
knowledge of the basics of software development, processes and procedures, in particular knowledge of embedded, firmware or hardware
experience with international teams
very good knowledge of English, minimum level B2
very good communication skills
experience in a technical position (nice to have)

Working mode: hybrid (2 days in the office)
