Salesforce Developer

Are you an experienced Salesforce Developer looking to work on a truly business‑critical CRM platform in the financial sector? In this role, you will work in Stockholm as part of a cross‑functional agile team and take a key role in designing and building solutions that support customer interactions and communication channels. You will work close to Developers, Business Analysts, Testers and the Product Owner, and you will be trusted to drive scalable, secure and compliant Salesforce solutions that follow best practices and support continuous improvement. Key responsibilities

• Design and implement technical solutions on the Salesforce platform in line with Salesforce best practices.

• Develop and maintain Lightning Components, Flows, Apex Controllers, Batch Apex, Schedulers and Apex Triggers.

• Work with integrations via REST and SOAP APIs in a complex enterprise landscape.

• Collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, Testers and the Product Owner in a cross‑functional agile team.

• Ensure solutions are scalable, robust and maintainable, with proper focus on quality, risk management and regulatory compliance in a financial‑sector context.

• Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement of the CRM platform and related processes.

Ideal candidate profile

• Documented experience in Salesforce platform development.

• Hands‑on experience with Lightning Components, Flows, Apex Controllers, Batch Apex, Schedulers and Apex Triggers.

• Experience working with REST and SOAP API integrations.

• Background from cross‑functional teams in agile environments.

• Experience from large organisations and complex system landscapes.

• Fluency in English, both spoken and written with Swedish as a strong plus

• Nice to have: Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).

• Nice to have: Experience from large‑scale Salesforce implementations in enterprise environments.

Conditions

• Location: Stockholm (hybrid, 2–3 days onsite per week).

• Work Model: Hybrid, consultant assignment.

• Employment Type: full-time assignment (regular employment or B2B), start 2026‑08‑24, planned end 2027‑09‑01.
