    We are leader in debt collection industry, operating in 8 countries in Europe. We like passion, constant improvement and team work. You will be working in Headquarter of our Group which means multicultural environment and support for all our European entities. Right now we are implementing in entire Capital Group data governance practices and processes. Being responsible for implementation and maintenance of a metadata schemas and repositories to catalog and managing data assets, facilitating easy discovery and understanding by data users, you will have strong impact on elevating company wide data maturity.


    Metadata Specialist


    Your range of responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain a standardized metadata schema for all data attributes from Kruk Data Domain Map
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure alignment of metadata standards with business needs.
    • Populate the metadata repository with comprehensive metadata for all data assets, including data lineage, usage, and dependencies.
    • Define and enforce metadata governance policies and procedures to ensure the quality, consistency, and accuracy of metadata.
    • Provide guidance and support to data users on how to effectively use metadata to discover and understand available data assets.
    • Monitor and maintain the metadata repository, ensuring data quality, integrity, and accessibility over time


    Our expectations:

    • Previous experience as an metadata specialist or in a similar role.
    • Experience implementing and managing metadata repository tools, preferably Microsoft Purview.
    • Good communication & interpersonal skills to work with both business and IT.
    • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and stay updated with industry trends in metadata management and data governance.


    Nice to have:

    • Experience in agile projects.
    • Practical knowledge of data contracts concept.
