Roles & Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to drive the development and delivery of innovative IoT and cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full-stack development with expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python. The role requires hands-on experience with Serverless AWS architecture, a deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitLab), and proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with front-end frameworks React and Vue.js is also critical.

As a Tech Lead, you will manage the technical team, mentor developers, make architectural decisions, and ensure the successful deployment of scalable cloud solutions that align with our business goals. You will be responsible for setting technical direction, defining the development roadmap, and ensuring projects are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Management
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals.
• Manage task allocation, code reviews, and ensure high-quality code output.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, to define and deliver software solutions.

• Technical Architecture & Development
• Architect and develop scalable cloud and IoT applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python.
• Design and implement Serverless AWS solutions with services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, and others.
• Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab to ensure streamlined development and automated deployments.
• Work on both front-end and back-end solutions, ensuring effective use of React and Vue frameworks for user interfaces.

• Agile & Process Optimization
• Drive and manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies, ensuring a collaborative, transparent, and efficient workflow.
• Promote best practices in coding, documentation, testing, and deployment to ensure high quality and reliability of the software.

• Strategic Decision-Making
• Participate in high-level architectural discussions and decision-making with senior leadership.
• Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and tools to recommend the best solutions for long-term scalability and efficiency.
• Ensure security best practices and compliance in all IoT and cloud-based applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Languages: Strong experience in TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python.
• Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with AWS Serverless architecture (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc.).
• CI/CD Pipelines: Proficient with GitLab for automated deployment, testing, and continuous integration.
• Front-End Development: Solid experience with both React and Vue.js.
• Agile/Scrum: Proven track record of leading teams in an Agile environment and managing Scrum processes.
• Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a Tech Lead or similar leadership role, managing developers and projects.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to address complex technical challenges.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with IoT solutions, particularly in designing, developing, and deploying connected devices.
• Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like CDK or CloudFormation.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
