    🖊 Contract: B2B 

    ⏰ Working hours: 08:00-16:00

    Kolomolo is a globally recognized tech enterprise dedicated to delivering state-of-the-art digital solutions. As we expand our operations, we are on the lookout for IT Support Agent (2nd line)


     

    Roles & Responsibilities:


    The role involves diagnosing and solving or escalating IT tickets related to servers, applications, infrastructure and AWS cloud issues. These are solved with users, product owners and other stakeholders.


    • To provide 2nd line technical support, observing alarms, troubleshooting and administration.
    • Notifying stakeholders if the alarm becomes a P1/P2 alert.
    • Escalation of Tickets to the 3rd Line.
    • Working closely with 3rd line.
    • Providing remote support for Network Devices, Servers, Laptops, Mobile Devices.
    • Troubleshooting, Configuring and Providing support for Cloud/On prem Services/Software.
    • Providing Support for Printers, Scanners and MFDs.
    • Managing users and permissions.
    • Managing support and administration for Office365.
    • Monitoring services and alerts
    • Working on incidents in the Jira board and solving incidents.
    • Recording trend of alerts/incidents and identifying outages proactively
    • Working hours: 08:00-16:00. Be on standby if needed outside office hours



    Qualifications and skills:


    • More than 3 years’ experience in an IT Support in a global organization
    • Fluency in English language (Min C1)
    • Very good at Troubleshooting and problem solving
    • Should have very good knowledge of Windows Servers and Networks
    • Should have very good knowledge about Cloud, Office365, Antivirus and Data Backup.
    • Should have very good knowledge of Patching and maintaining
    • Should have very good knowledge about MS Intune
    • Should have knowledge of monitoring services, Like Datadog/Grafana/Dynatrace.
    • Should have good logical reasoning skills, Customer Service skills.
    • Should be a team player & work collaboratively with onsite and offshore teams.
    • Should have worked in high pressure work environment and had the ability to multitask.
    • Preparing detailed documentation of diagnostic procedure
    • Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills.
    • Friendly customer orientated problem solving mindset
    • Swedish language will be an advantage
