Our client is developing a revolutionary fintech platform that will redefine digital banking services. This greenfield project is currently in stealth mode, and you will have the opportunity to contribute to its success from the ground up.

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented Senior React Native Developer to join our cross-functional team. In this role, you will work closely with our CTO, product managers, designers, and other developers to build a state-of-the-art mobile app with a game-changing user experience and toolset. You will have the opportunity to impact the architecture, design, and development of the platform.

This is a unique opportunity to work on a greenfield project in fintech, contributing to a product that aims to revolutionize financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement core UI components using React Native for both Android and iOS platforms.

• Work closely with the CTO and other team members to ensure the smooth implementation of UX designs.

• Integrate with third-party services and APIs to enhance functionality.

• Participate in architectural discussions, offering input on technical decisions and codebase design.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to rapidly build, measure, and refine product features.

• Contribute to maintaining a fully automated CI/CD pipeline and ensuring transparent unit testing and code quality practices.

• Champion the use of modern tools and technologies while adhering to best development patterns.

• Tackle technical debt proactively while keeping an eye on scalability and performance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building applications with modern backend frameworks.

• Strong expertise in React Native, delivering rich UI/UX for both Android and iOS.

• Deep understanding of REST APIs and/or GraphQL.

• Knowledge of design patterns and best practices for clean and maintainable code.

• Experience building resilient applications and/or microservices.

• Proficiency in Git (GitHub, Bitbucket, or GitLab).

• Strong communication skills and fluent in English.

• Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

• Passion for fintech and financial inclusion.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Fintech, Payments, or Investment solutions.

• Familiarity with frontend technologies like React.

• Experience with serverless architecture.

• Experience with Tailwind

• Prior work with diverse, international teams.

• Interest in ChatOps tools and methodologies.
