About the Role

You will establish and lead our Quality & Test practice, guiding cross-functional squads towards a genuine shift-left mindset. Working shoulder-to-shoulder with Product, Engineering and Design, you will set strategy, coach people and embed metrics that prove we are improving sprint by sprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire an agile QA chapter across multiple product squads
• Define, own and evolve the overall test strategy for web, native mobile and API layers
• Drive shift-left adoption—pair with developers during refinement and champion testability
• Build and maintain automation and manual testing in our CI/CD pipelines (Cypress, Zephyr, Postman) on Azure and AWS
• Promote exploratory testing techniques that uncover edge-case surprises early
• Track and report clear quality KPIs; turn insights into action that raises the bar

What We’re Looking For – Must-Haves

• Proven QA leadership in agile, cross-functional teams
• Deep familiarity with Scrum and other modern agile frameworks
• Hands-on experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines in cloud environments
• Strong analytical mindset: you set measurable targets and use data to guide change
• Track record of improving quality for both web applications and native mobile apps
• Excellent communication in English; you translate technical detail into business impact

Nice-to-Haves / Bonus Points

• Experience with performance or load testing at scale
• Familiarity with our current stack: Cypress, Zephyr, Postman, Jira, Confluence, Azure and AWS services
