Opus Vagtplan is a product in the crucial Public Sector Software unit of KMD. Our solution is used daily by major communes and establishments that serve thousands of Danish citizens. By joining our team, you will have a part in supporting the most digitized society in the world. Our product is an established duty management application.

We are currently searching for a motivated, responsible team player interested in a wide variety of .NET (and other) technologies. You will join one of the Scrum Teams working in a Danish-Polish environment.
We are looking for a developer who enjoys being part of a cross-functional team. Someone who is interested in building and innovating products to satisfy their users. We value courage, respect, openness, focus and commitment. We expect you to take responsibility and show engagement. 
 
After your morning coffee you will be: 
 
  • Reaching product goals together with your team
  • Taking part in cross-team product needs and initiatives
  • Working closely with the Product Owner and business analysts to understand the business requirements
  • Taking part in the full, end-to-end development cycle including refinement, development, testing and deployment
  • Working closely with stakeholders, customers, and users, most of whom are in Denmark
  • Helping your team monitor the product and introduce production fixes
  • Making sure your team’s work is transparent
  • Constantly inspecting your team’s plan and adapting it to the evolving reality
  • Ensuring the quality of your team’s work end-to-end
  • Helping your team improve your working process

Personally:
  • Team player

Professionally:
  • 5+ years of hands-on development experience
  • Considerable experience in .NET platform technologies 
  • Understanding of and drive towards technical excellence
  • In-depth understanding of software testing
  • Experience working with relational databases
  • Experience working in GIT
  • Has an understanding of the Scrum framework

  • Have experience working in off-shore teams

  • Are not afraid to take on the extraordinary responsibility
  • Have experience with WPF and WCF
  • Have hands-on experience as a full-stack developer

  • Have experience with DevOps, CI/CD
  • Have positively passed a Professional Scrum Developer Scrum.org assessment
