At KMD we believe that quality services require great teams and inspiring leaders. As a Manager of the BI Department, you will lead your people to utilize their full potential. You will be responsible for delivery management and Product Ownership of Financial & HR  Business Intelligence in an on-prem & SAP Cloud setup. We use SCRUM every day. You will also shape the organization around you to create a thriving environment where your team can grow and perform best.
 
What product do we develop?
 
Currently, we are migrating our on-prem SAP ECC + BW + MS SQL + Power BI solutions into SAP S/4 Hana Cloud setup with SAP Analytics Cloud and Power BI as front layers. For that, we need a strong technical manager with a background in technology implementation/migration projects, able to build and drive a technology roadmap of KMD’s Financial Reporting. The role also entails creating a post-go live organization and driving its implementation with user experience and user satisfaction in mind.

After your morning coffee you will be:  
 
  • Managing a team of approx. 10 BI developers
  • Driving Financial  HR Reporting as a product in a Scrum setup
  • Managing stakeholders
  • Building execution plans
  • Driving Business Intelligence development projects
  • Recruiting and staffing team with appropriate talent
 
We are a GOOD match if you: 
 
  • Have IT team management experience (at least 2 years)
  • Have an understanding of IT (broadly or Business Intelligence focused)
  • Have experience in driving IT projects (ability to translate business needs into IT tasks, structurization of effort, presentation skills)
  • Have good communication skills
  • Are fluent in English
 
We will be a PERFECT match if you, additionally:
 
  • Have experience in Scandinavian working culture
  • SAP Experience (S/4 Hana, DWC, SAC)
