Enterprise Service Architect - Automation & Tooling

We offer an attractive position as Enterprise Service Architect in KMDs Digital Transformation Services (DTS). DTS is the biggest strategic unit in KMD delivering Services and Operations that secure pivotal functions in the Danish Society with large and complex customers in both the private and public spheres. KMD delivers a significant number of Services, some internally produced, and some delivered with the assistance of external suppliers.
The Enterprise Service Architect will primarily be working with Automation services and will be responsible for the assessments of tools used for the automation roadmap. Additionally, as an Enterprise Service Architect, you will be actively involved in establishing KMD’s ITO offering.
Another important function in the job is to engage with the Architect Community in KMD whether business owners or customer solution architects, to make sure there is wide adoption of our Services and those customer solutions to the furthest possible extent are based on the standard services building blocks.
The runtime environments support both customer infrastructure but are also the runtime for many of KMD's Business Services
A deep understanding of how to run and develop complex on-prem installations and what it takes from a Network and services perspective, to be the right partner to assist clients in moving towards hybrid cloud and cloud.
Currently, we are looking for an experienced enterprise service architect to help us drive three strategic initiatives:
- Business Services Strategy: Help build an overall plan covering the objectives, principles, and tactics relating to the use of technology services to address complex ITO customers’ requirements.
- In cooperation with our suppliers to Maintain and Improve our Infrastructure Services vision and follow up on the delivery of the services
- Ensure adoption of the Services
As an Enterprise Service Architect, you are working across business units with various technologies where you will:
- Support creation of visions, architectures, and roadmaps for technology services in collaboration with stakeholders across KMD Business Units
- Evaluate and Monitor key Automation services
- Work with client teams to drive service improvement plans
- Identify gaps across service roadmaps and underlying technology capabilities necessary to build new services needed to have an attractive value proposition
- Keeping an eye on the technology and service developments in the market and ensuring KMD is the rights place from an offering perspective
- Support Services department in the journey from infrastructure services to business services
After your morning coffee, you will (key responsibilities):
- Facilitate the creation of technology service roadmaps and services
- Cooperate with service owners to update/replace/retire services
- Map the commercial requirements and manage the associated risks, assumptions, and opportunities.
- Review, own, and approve High-Level Service Design documentation
- A strong player in the professionalization of our ITO service organization and offering
- Coach, mentor, and collaborate with peers, Solution Architects, and Product Owners, and platform portfolio leads to achieving successful outcomes
We want you on our team if you:
- Are a Service/Solution Architect (or similar) with demonstrable experience working in public, commercial, and/or industrial sectors
- Have experience in the automation of provisioning, monitoring, and backup
- Have previous hands-on experience in tools set up for CI/CD
- Able to write and review reports procedures and standards
- Have experience in Service Management
- Familiar with the Service Improvement or Service Acceptance (delivering Service),
- Know network engineering and server architecture awareness,
- Have experience and knowledge of the commercial aspects of IT service agreements
- Have experience in working in multi-cultural organizations
- Have experience in communicating with executives and business stakeholders
- Have strong communications skills
- Are fluent in English and Polish
