Resource Manager

ABOUT THE PROJECT

We’re looking for a person who will be responsible for managing one of the most crucial resources in our company – our talents. Joining us on this journey you will have a unique chance to collaborate with top-notch professionals in IoT software development.

YOUR ROLE

• Collaborate with the business development department and project managers in order to understand resource requirements and project timelines;
• Develop and maintain a resource allocation plan to effectively assign resources to projects based on skillsets, availability, and priorities in accordance with project needs;
• Monitor resource utilization and proactively identify and address potential bottlenecks or conflicts;
• Coordinate with HR and recruitment teams to onboard new resources and ensure their smooth transition into project teams;
• Track and analyze resource performance and productivity to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency;
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by promoting effective communication and teamwork among project teams;
• Provide guidance and support to project managers and team leaders in resource management best practices and processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven resource management experience or a similar role within the IT industry for 5+ years;
• 2+ years of experience in software development roles (developer, QA or project manager);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
• A solid understanding of project management methodologies and resource allocation principles;
• Proficiency in using resource management tools and software;
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions;
• Fluent English and Polish.
