AI Architect / GenAI Developer

Required: 

• OpenAI APIs / Azure OpenAI / Hugging Face 

• GitHub Copilot / Prompt Engineering 

• Python / JavaScript / TypeScript 

• REST APIs 

• LLMs (Large Language Models) 

• Git 

• Microsoft Teams / SharePoint / Jira / Swagger 

• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning models and tools 

• Excellent command of English, including experience in business meetings and cross-functional collaboration 

Nice to have: 

• LangChain, vector databases (e.g. Pinecone) 

• RAG pipelines 

• Azure / AWS / Docker 

• DevOps / QA / CI/CD understanding 

• Experience with ML frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) 

• Experience in software architecture 

• Experience in the travel or operations sector 

Your responsibilities: 

• Strategy & Architecture – designing and owning the AI/GenAI roadmap across software engineering, QA, and operations 

• Tool Development – building and scaling AI-powered assistants and automation tools 

• Cross-Team Collaboration – working closely with product, data, platform, and infrastructure teams, often across different regions 

• AI Integration – integrating GenAI tools with business platforms (e.g. Teams, SharePoint, Jira) 

• Governance & Compliance – ensuring AI and ML solutions follow enterprise-level data privacy and security standards 

• Research & Innovation – identifying new GenAI and ML technologies and frameworks to pilot 

• Support & Documentation – writing clean code, clear documentation, and sharing knowledge within the team 

• Business Communication – participating in meetings with technical and non-technical stakeholders, clearly presenting ideas and technical concepts 

Our requirements: 

Technical degree (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience 

• Practical experience with GenAI/LLM tools (e.g. OpenAI API, Azure AI, Copilot) 

• Hands-on experience in machine learning model development and deployment 

• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, ideally in QA or DevOps environments 

• Experience in building or integrating AI/ML-powered tools or assistants 

• Excellent communication skills and fluent English (you’ll regularly participate in business and technical meetings with global stakeholders) 

• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and explain them clearly 

Nice to have: 

• Experience with LangChain, RAG pipelines, vector databases 

• Familiarity with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) 

• Experience with CI/CD and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) 

• Interest in GenAI/ML use cases in travel, customer experience, or operational automation
