💚 We want you to

serve the Scrum Team, Product Owner, and the organization as a Scrum Master,
- be an Agile Facilitator in Kanban projects,
- cooperate with the DevSecOps department and CTO to build a work environment that supports agility, process automation, self-organization, and transparent communication,
- constantly educate a team and the clients about agile methodologies and encourage the best practices,
- share the knowledge about agile approach outside Kiwee,
👌 You are an ideal candidate if you
- have deep knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban),

understand software development and digital products, which allows you to link the development team and a client effectively,
- can express yourself clearly in written and verbal form,
- have an experience in onboarding, building relation, and supporting international, multicultural teams of developers and stakeholders to the software project delivered in an agile way,
- have excellent writing skills,
- have experience working in a software company,
- your English is fluent (C1, C2, or native speaker). Polish is not a requirement.
