🚀A startup, located in London, UK, that aims to provide their clients with a software that facilitates private capital deal flow administration from end-to-end currently is looking for a Tech Lead/CTO to join their team.
You would be developer number 2 in a team of 5 . We want someone who is motivated to work in a small team of hard-working individuals of mixed technical / non-technical backgrounds. We all have the right experience to design a great product for the customers.
Technical Requirements
- Our stack is React with Redux and Node. In the short term these are heavily desired. A good knowledge of JavaScript and these frameworks would go a long way in our current stack
- BDD heavily appreciated also. A good knowledge of testing JavaScript on both a client and server side
- Would expect a solid CS foundation either from degree or work experience
Other Requirements
- Ability to problem solve independently and an interest to find solutions pragmatically
- A desire to be an early employee working on a project from the ground up. Working in a small team of motivated individuals
- A desire to work across the product and also closely with non-technical team members
- Open to learning and understanding the needs of our customers’, the product and the problem we are solving. We don’t think there will be much experience cross-over so an openness to learn is as important as experience in this case
- (Desirable) fin-tech or legal-tech background. Not a pre-requisite but a solid interest in the space would go a long way and any background would be a plus point
- (Desirable) experience with dashboards and B2B products. Again, a big help to have an understanding of how products are used and built
