QA Engineer

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with 5+ years of experience in Web and API application testing. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality software through functional, non-functional, and regression testing, along with performance testing using industry-standard tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Web and API testing with a focus on performance using tools like HP LoadRunner, JMeter, and Gatling.
• Write test cases and document test scenarios, plans, and reports using Zephyr, Jira, or HP ALM.
• Analyse test results, debug, and resolve issues.
• Collaborate on SDLC and STLC processes, working with both on-shore and off-shore teams.
• Prepare defect reports and manage issues through Jira, Bugzilla, or similar tools.
• Report status, risks, and issues through client interaction in Scrum calls and status emails.
• Present demos during UAT and provide daily/weekly status reports.
• Experience with UI and API automation testing is a plus.

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Web and API testing.
• Proficiency in performance testing tools (HP LoadRunner, JMeter, Gatling).
• Experience in testing SAAS applications and CRM platforms like Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong experience with SDLC, STLC, and preparing test documentation.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
