Performance Test Engineer

As a Performance Tester, you will be responsible for evaluating and enhancing the performance, scalability, and reliability of our applications. You will utilize LoadRunner and other performance testing tools to conduct thorough performance assessments, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations to improve application performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performance Testing: Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner to assess application performance under various load conditions.
• Test Planning: Collaborate with development and QA teams to define performance testing requirements, objectives, and scenarios.
• Data Analysis: Analyze performance test results to identify performance bottlenecks, scalability issues, and areas for improvement.
• Reporting: Generate detailed performance reports, including metrics, trends, and recommendations, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot performance issues, working closely with developers and system administrators to resolve them.
• Optimization: Provide suggestions and solutions for performance tuning and optimization based on test results and analysis.
• Documentation: Create and maintain performance test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and execution reports.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in performance testing, and apply this knowledge to enhance testing strategies and processes.
