    As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet the needs of our business and clients. You will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to implement and enhance CRM functionalities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Customization and Development: Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules, and plugins.
    • Integration: Implement and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and other systems or applications, using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate or custom integration solutions.
    • Configuration: Configure Dynamics 365 CRM settings and features, including security roles, user access, and system settings, to align with business requirements.
    • Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Dynamics 365 CRM systems, including troubleshooting issues, performing updates, and ensuring system performance.
    • Testing and Validation: Conduct unit testing and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that solutions meet functional requirements and quality standards.
    • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and system configurations.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.
    • Training: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of Dynamics 365 CRM functionalities.
    • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with Dynamics 365 CRM updates, features, and best practices, and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.
