Master Data Process & Governance Analyst
Work place: Łódź


Role:
  • Designing and mapping process workflows, preparing and maintaining process and data governance documentation (SOP, Work Instructions, Data Standards/Meta Data etc.),
  • Participating or coordinating process improvement workshops/Kaizen events in the Master Data area,
  • Leading Master Data process transitions (organizational centralization projects),
  • Being the front line of escalation related to Master Data process issues,
  • Designing, implementing and improving process performance monitoring solutions,
  • Preparing input for weekly Master Data SLA review,
  • Cooperating with the MDM Leadership team regarding process performance review, service portfolio update, transition methodology and global projects,
  • Supporting and leading the implementation of LSS methodology (e.g. TIER meetings, Lean thinking, and structured defect resolution approaches within the Master Data organization),
  • Conducting Train the Trainer (TTT) and End User Trainings (EUT) on Master Data process and tools.

Requirements:
  • Min. 2 years of experience in Master Data area (preferably with SAP products),
  • Excellent and practical knowledge of Microsoft Office (advanced XML data analysis capabilities, MS Visio with BPMN 2.0. programming language will be an advantage),
  • Experience in small-scale Project Management and the related methodology (certification e.g. PMI CAPM or Prince2 Foundation will be an advantage),
  • A certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or similar qualification,
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferable in engineering, economics, information technology or statistics),
  • Excellent analytical skill and report writing abilities,
  • Strong command of the English language (both spoken and written).
