Job description
We are looking for a Junior PHP Developer to join our development team. We are a small team that allows you a lot of autonomy in how you work and develop. You will be involved in a variety of exciting and challenging projects such as applications and websites for our core projects.
Your daily task on the job
- Designing and implementing applications based on Symfony 4
- Building websites with WordPress
- Developing and testing software
- Aligning application design with business goals
- Defining objectives and functionality
- Debugging and resolving technical problems
- Producing and maintaining documentation
- Ensuring continuous professional self-development
Required skills
- One year of experience with PHP
- Very good knowledge in PHP in terms of building and developing web applications
- Knowledge of Symfony 3 / 4 or other modern PHP frameworks
- Experience with REST APIs
- Good knowledge of SQL
- Good knowledge of English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Commitment and creativity
- Focusing on gaining experience and development
Will Help You Stand Out
- Experience writing tests using PHPUnit
- Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
- Knowledge of composer, Xdebug, Docker, and Docker compose
- Experience working on an Agile development team
- Knowledge of designing, planning, and creating software
- Experience in creating WordPress templates
