🚀 Your mission:

• 1st level support/ticket processing in coordination with the application manager in day-to-day business: finding the cause of problems in the day-to-day operation of his area and solving problems through process customisation by adapting programmes in SAP together with the internal SAP application manager (if necessary with the programmer) 
• Implementing workarounds together with the application manager/IT in the event of technical problems 
• Qualification of issues for 2nd level support by training the employees through correct master data maintenance (is not responsible for master data maintenance) 
• Answers simple enquiries about usage 
• Definition, optimisation (efficiency/security) and in-depth knowledge of the business processes of the areas 

🎯Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the transfer points to upstream and downstream business processes 
• Project documentation, end-user documentation and training: creates process documentation (Solution Manager) and maintains it (together with key users across departmental boundaries) 
• Participation in (strategic) planning and clarification of feasibility 
• Creation of specifications and concepts for additional developments ("change requests")
• Regular (also external) training in the area of responsibility (at own suggestion and via "best practice contacts" in other companies)
