General description:

• Development and delivery of high qualitysoftware  according to best practices(Agile)

• Being responsible for the project – teambuilding,  knowledge sharing, budgetplanning

• Participation in various softwaredevelopment  processes at the internationallevel

• Take the leadership of a teams ofhigh-performing,  motivated Engineers (up to 30people)

• Be a mentor and technology support for yourteams

Your duties:

• Establish efficient communication channelsbetween SDCproject teams and client organizations

• Delivery a high quality software: setting up,maintaining and supervising reliable deliveryprocess

• Responsible for teamdesign, mentoring, motivation and efficiency  in projects based on Agile

• Arrangement of team collaboration tools and rules as well as infrastructuresetup

• Supporting development teams and Product Owners at keystages

• Periodic reporting to the DeliveryDirector

• Defining and implementing training and knowledge sharingprograms

• Supporting in verification of new teammembers

• Advising Business Development Managers at the technological or processlevel

We are looking for:

• Specialist with proven IT background (preferably in testing or software development) in order to understand full software development lifecycle
• Previous experienece leading IT team
• Hands-on involvment with pre-sales would be an asset
• Famialiarity with Scrum
• Fluent English language
• Open minded individual with a passion to communicate and work with others
• Ability to prioritize and organize daily duites for yourself as well as team members

• Software Delivery Center (SDC) is a Business Unit, focused on software  development services for international clients. In our business unit, we  create space where experienced engineers are improving their skills  through worthwhile softwaredevelopment.

• Currently, we have over 10 teams working in automotive, telco, GIS, data  analytics, fintech, e-commerce fields. All of them are conducted in Agile  model, based on day-to-day cooperation with clients ProductOwners.

• By end of 2020we plan to expand our team to 135engineers.
