CX Manager Web International (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for a CX Manager Web International (m/f/d) to join our team immediately in full-time. The role is remote or can be carried at one of our offices in Germany.

YOUR TASKS

• Create state-of-the art customer experience on iu.org, leveraging latest technologies and best practices, as an integral part of the International Customer Journey team
• Conduct deep website analyses and work closely with the Analytics teams for larger undertakings; leverage GA4 and Contentsquare for maximum insights
• Decide on and implement optimal user flows, navigation, conversion elements based on the MarTech toolkit (Storyblok CMS configurations)
• Act as a hands-on business project leader for new website changes, e.g., implementing new home concept
• Initiate (or set-up) A/B testings on the website, monitor results, and conduct follow-on analyses
• Create a deep understanding of our users with qualitative (user testing) and quantitative (surveys and A/B testing) information
• Brief new user flow concepts required to improve the customer experience and initiate new elements for development with the MarTech product teams
• Stay on top of latest customer experience trends and constantly challenge how they can help improve our customers’ web experience

YOUR PROFILE

• At least three years of professional experience in e-commerce, with a focus on customer-centricity, UX, website development, and/or product management
• Understanding of web design principles and experience designing for the web as well as experience in creating user flows
• Understanding of different user research and testing methodologies and experience conducting user research and testing, including A/B testing for websites
• Very strong analytical skills and ability to handle numbers, data, and facts
• Experience with Google Analytics is required,
• Experience with Contentsquare, experience with agile web development (SCRUM, Kanban, or LeSS / Agile Frameworks) and knowledge of HTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
• Fluent English
