🕵🏻 About Us:

ITology an international company is currently looking for a SAP ABAP Developer to join our team on a permanent contract basis with excellent career opportunities. With the establishment of our new location in Cologne (Germany), we are looking for senior consultants for our SAP developer team.

Working as part of their technical team, the SAP ABAP Developer will work on SCM projects using ABAP/4 Object programming and dialog programming.

📝 What will the role look like?

• The ABAP Programmer needs to have experience in working with interface processes between the SAP system and external systems
• Knowledge of SAP modules: SD, MM, PS, FICO, PP, HR
• Strong understanding of ABAP/4 Object programming (exp. more than 6 years)
• Object Oriented ABAP applications on SAP Netweaver platform
• Developer experience in SAP Fiori & UI5
• Understanding of DesignPattern in ABAP
• Familiarity with SAP Function Modules (SD/MM/PS/FICO/PP/HR)
• ALE/IDoc processing
• Develop ALV layouts and user interface innovations
• Existing program debugging and enhancement
• Interface development & support for both downloads/uploads to and from SAP (flat file, RFC, IDocs and Webservices)

🎯 What skills & experience are we looking for?

• The ABAP Developer must be able to document and build solutions based on business requirements
• Experienced SAP ERP developer
• Implementation and upgrade experience
• Patch testing
• UI5/HTML5/Fiori App development experience
• Developing and deploying CDS views/AMDP experience
• Experience with using Postman or SOAPUI for testing
• The ABAP Programmer needs to have experience in working with interface processes between the SAP system and external systems
• Knowledge of SAP modules: SD, MM, PS, FICO, PP, HR

✅ Preferred Candidate:

• 7+ years of experience in the relevant field.
• English: Intermediate or higher.
• German: Business fluent or higher.
