Senior Technical Lead

We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Senior Technical Lead position and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the Banking industry.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the similar role (8+ years)
• Expertise in pull request management and code review processes
• Proficiency in Java with extensive experience in microservices architecture, Kafka Streams, OpenShift platform, MongoDB, and ElasticSearch
• Ability to define and design software architecture
• Capability of supervising and mentoring a team, especially junior developers, and acts as a go-to person for technical guidance and problem resolution
• Excellent English skills
