Project Manager

We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Project Manager role and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the banking industry located in Warsaw, Poland.

You can expect:

• Working in the diverse, international environment 
• Being a key role in developing and maintaining Product and Sprint Backlogs, facilitating Daily Standups, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team

Requirements

• 7+ years of overall experience, including 3+ years as a Functional Analyst in Bank Accounting and 2+ years as a Scrum Master in IT projects
• Proven project management and technical team leadership experience in the banking sector
• Certified SCRUM Master with expertise in Agile@Scale frameworks (e.g. SAFe, LeSS) and Design Thinking methodologies
• Advanced communication skills in both English (written and verbal)
• Strong analytical, consultancy, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency across all phases of the software project life cycle (requirements gathering, design, development, and implementation)
• Technical expertise in COBOL/DB2 and Gravity
