Production Support Team Lead

We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Production Support Team Lead position and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the Banking industry.

You can expect:

• Enhancing your leadership skills and technical expertise by providing innovative solutions
• Leading a team of 4-5 specialists in a collaborative, international environment, managing the production support for critical financial regulatory deliverables and Big Data applications

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical support, customer service, or related roles (3+ years)
• Track record with team management in a BAU/Support environment (3+ years) 
• Experience with Atlassian Tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Strong analytical skills for performance improvements
• International work experience with relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of Big Data & cloud environments
• Assertiveness and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent English communication

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of financial products in the wholesale banking environment (Fxs, bonds, equities, etc.)
• Experience with Scrum methodology
• Experience in software development projects
