Salesforce Field Service Architect

✅ Your responsibilities:

• Configure and integrate Salesforce solutions, including Service Cloud and Field Service
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and lead workshops.
• Provide architectural guidance for integrations with MuleSoft, CTA, VRA, and Amazon Connect.
• Ensure high-quality mobile and cloud solutions, including offline functionality where applicable.

🧠 Our requirements:

• At least 5 years of Salesforce experience.
• Expertise in configuring Salesforce Service Cloud, including Field Service experience
• Experience with integrations, particularly using MuleSoft.
• Familiarity with CTA, Virtual Remote Assistant (VRA), and Amazon Connect.
• Knowledge of mobile apps and offline functionality within Salesforce.
• Proficiency in APEX and Lightning Web Components.
• Optional: Experience with Einstein Copilot for Service Cloud and Field Service.
