Test Analyst

As a Test Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the quality assurance industry. You’ll contribute to ensuring top-notch software performance and reliability, helping clients deliver flawless digital experiences. Your main responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute testing plans and test cases.

• Identify, document, and track defects to ensure timely resolution.

• Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing on various applications.

• Maintain clear communication regarding testing progress and quality metrics.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

• Support test automation initiatives (if applicable) to streamline quality workflows.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.

• Document test results comprehensively for stakeholder review.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.

• Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks.

• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and QA best practices.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Good understanding of test automation concepts (preferred).

• Experience working in Agile environments.

• Fluency in Polish and English, with excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup with up to 2 remote days per week.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• ISTQB or similar certification.

• Experience with API testing and scripting.

• Knowledge of any automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or others.

Language Required for the role:

• Polish and English - communicative command.
