As a Senior Windows and VDI Systems Engineer, you will be working for our client, a leader in enterprise IT solutions, dedicated to enhancing virtualization environments and operational efficiency. You will play a crucial role in designing, supporting, and optimizing complex VDI and Windows infrastructure, driving innovation and resilience across critical enterprise systems.
Your main responsibilities:
- Engineer, manage, and support VDI environments including Citrix and RDS to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Manage Microsoft Desktop environments and optimize their performance.
- Work with virtualization platforms such as VMware ESX and RedHat OCP to support enterprise scalability.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation to streamline operational tasks.
- Support Windows OS internals and implement group policy management for secure and efficient configurations.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- 7+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer specializing in Windows and VDI solutions.
- Hands-on experience engineering, managing, and supporting Citrix, RDS, and Microsoft Desktop environments.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows OS internals and group policy management.
- Proficiency with virtualization platforms, specifically VMware ESX and RedHat OCP.
- Strong command of PowerShell scripting for automation tasks.
- Previous experience working in enterprise environments, particularly in the financial sector is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Experience with Windows Server platforms (2016+).
- Previous work experience within financial institutions.

- Polish — Good command required
- English — Communicative level required
