As a Senior Solution Architect – Enterprise Systems, you will be working for our client, a leader in the Polish systems industry. You will help design and optimize end-to-end processes, ensuring their full functionality and alignment with strategic goals. Your main responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders through diagrams, meetings, and discussions to define and refine process dependencies and responsibilities.
- Analyze existing system architectures and propose solutions aligned with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business units to ensure clarity on architectural decisions.
- Contribute to discussions on architectural patterns and their implementation across projects.
- Translate complex process requirements into comprehensive architectural frameworks.
- Support the team in understanding how full processes operate within the system landscape.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of architecture and process flows.
- Act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- Over 10 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 3 years in analysis and solution architecture.
- Strong understanding of architectural patterns and Domain-Driven Design.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to facilitate discussions and understand full process workflows.
- Experience working with enterprise-level solutions, especially in a hybrid architecture context.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Language Required for the role:
Polish: advanced (fluency required)
English: communicative level
