Senior Scrum Master – Agile and Data Center Migration

As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be working for our client, a leading organization dedicated to innovative IT solutions and enterprise transformation. You will play a pivotal role in supporting a critical project — the “Data Center Migration from Poland to Germany” — by facilitating Agile practices, removing impediments, and promoting Scrum and SAFe methodologies to ensure seamless, incremental delivery of key outcomes. Your main responsibilities:

• Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies to foster efficient teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Identify and eliminate blockers to support the team’s productivity and progress.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders to align efforts and deliver valuable product increments.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, best practices, and Scrum/SAFe frameworks.
• Shield the team from external disruptions, enabling focus and high-quality deliverables during sprints.
• Monitor and coordinate the work schedule within the broader scope of the Data Center Migration project.
• Support risk management by identifying potential issues and defining mitigation strategies.
• Ensure thorough documentation of work in Jira, supporting visibility and management reporting.
• Collaborate with Release and Project Managers to define deployment timelines and coordinate release activities.
• Maintain and develop Agile, SAFe standards, tools, and practices organization-wide for efficient software development.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Scrum Master in complex, enterprise projects.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Project or Delivery Management roles.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and other Agile frameworks such as Kanban and SAFe.
• Scrum Master certifications (e.g., PSM I/II, CSM) are a strong plus.
• Proficiency with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with development teams and business stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, with a focus on risk management and mitigation.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certifications or experience in related areas such as Release Management or Enterprise Agile frameworks.
