Krakow-based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 3 days remote per week).
As a Senior Project Management Officer (PMO), you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution’s technology division, supporting critical project finance management and reporting. Join us to empower seamless collaboration across global teams and elevate project delivery excellence.
Your main responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Business, Finance, PMO, Delivery, and Engineering teams worldwide to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
- Track, maintain, and report on project finance data, including actuals, accruals, forecasts, and deep-dive analysis.
- Prepare accurate month-end commentary on financial performance and manage forecast vs. actual spend analysis.
- Monitor and update system feeds and ensure timely data updates in applicable platforms.
- Oversee resource and portfolio management, supporting recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Coordinate regular reporting at project and program levels, including risk and issue monitoring related to project finances.
- Manage ad-hoc activities and ensure process documentation and information sources are up to date.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- At least 5 years of experience in a Project Management Office or related function.
- Strong communication skills, fluent in spoken and written English.
- Excellent presentation, summarization, and analytical abilities, especially in financial and project reporting.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Clarity.
- A positive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated approach with the ability to analyze complex data effectively.
It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)
- Certifications or additional skills in project management or finance.
Language required for the role:
- Fluent English, with excellent command in spoken and written communication.
