As a Senior Network Visibility and Cybersecurity Requirements Analyst, you will be working for our client, a global leader in defense engineering solutions. Your main responsibilities:
- Collaborate with control owners and stakeholders to elicit, define, and manage network visibility requirements aligned with the bank’s risk appetite.
- Support capability leads in maintaining comprehensive visibility of all network aspects for risk identification and mitigation.
- Collect and analyze requirements to detect and report network-related cyber events, working closely with security architects and SOC teams.
- Design and refine metrics and Key Control Indicators (KCIs) to measure the effectiveness of network security controls.
- Identify opportunities to enhance network visibility and improve security posture through innovative solutions.
- Maintain thorough documentation and repositories of all security requirements and related processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, internal policies, and external regulations, promoting a culture of cybersecurity awareness.
- Build and nurture relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and regulatory bodies to facilitate a united approach to network security.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of network security principles, threats, and risk management.
- Proven experience in gathering and managing security requirements within complex environments.
- Familiarity with defense-in-depth capabilities, cloud and on-premise network architectures, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CEH, or equivalent.
- Experience working within highly regulated, multinational environments.
Language Required for the role:
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
