As a Senior IT Program Manager – Digital Banking Transformation, you will be working for our client, a leading organization in the online banking sector undergoing a continuous digital transformation. You will be part of the IT Delivery Office, overseeing high-impact initiatives that drive innovation and efficiency across retail banking services. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless delivery of complex projects, enabling the organization to stay ahead in a competitive digital landscape.
Your main responsibilities:
- Coordinate delivery of business initiatives within IT BOXes to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- Support decision-making by providing data-driven insights and analysis.
- Present recommendations and assess consequences of available delivery options.
- Collaborate on scope adjustments to meet project deadlines creatively.
- Ensure delivery efforts align with strategic organizational objectives.
- Work closely with Box Owners, IT teams, and Business Strategy Office to coordinate activities.
- Collect, analyze, and share data on planning, progress, and team structure.
- Monitor key process metrics and performance indicators to optimize delivery.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of delivery processes and best practices.
- Drive efficiency and quality across software delivery portfolios.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Delivery Manager, IT Program Manager, or Technical Project Manager.
- Proven success in leading and delivering complex IT initiatives.
- Ability to creatively adjust project scope in collaboration with business units.
- Experience working in cross-functional and matrix environments.
- Proficiency with project, portfolio, and data analysis tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Power BI).
- Strong data analysis skills to support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of both Agile (Scrum) and traditional (Waterfall) methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive mindset with strong stakeholder relationship-building skills.
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Certifications in project management or agile frameworks.
- Knowledge of banking or financial services industries.
Language Required for the role:
- Polish – excellent command required.
