As a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer, you will be working for our client, a leading tech innovator focusing on workforce management solutions. You will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of the ComPass application, a pivotal tool for streamlining workforce operations. Join a dynamic team dedicated to transforming business processes through cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions.
Your main responsibilities:
- Translate application requirements and use cases into functional, reliable features.
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, scalable, and reusable code.
- Ensure top performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs with proactive, solution-oriented approaches.
- Support the testing, deployment, and productionisation of new features in a greenfield environment.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Maintain excellent code quality standards and document development processes.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in full stack development.
- Strong proficiency in C# and familiarity with the .NET ecosystem, including .NET 6+.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Knowledge of MVC, Web API, and experience with frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or similar.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and reusable library creation.
- Familiarity with design and software architectural patterns.
- Experience with automated testing, unit tests, and continuous integration.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)
- Previous experience working on workforce or HR-related applications.
- Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies.
