As a Senior Full Stack C# .NET Developer, you will be working for our client in the financial services industry, supporting the transition and enhancement of workforce management applications. You will help develop and deliver cutting-edge features for ComPass, a greenfield platform transforming how organizations manage their workforce. This role offers a dynamic environment for professional growth and technical excellence.
Your main responsibilities:
- Translate application requirements and use cases into functional features.
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
- Maintain excellent code quality and ensure optimal performance and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, devising effective solutions.
- Support the ongoing development and production deployment of .NET solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Contribute to testing strategies and ensure delivery of a high-quality product.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- At least 8 years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in C# and .NET (including .NET 6+).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
- Familiarity with MVC, Web API, and frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Experience with version control tools like Git.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and scalable architecture patterns.
- Experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and reusable library creation.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Certification or experience in advanced .NET architectures.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
- Experience working in agile teams.
