As a Senior IT Analyst, you will be working for our client, one of the leaders in online banking, supporting the delivery and enhancement of modern digital banking solutions. The client is executing strategic initiatives focused on optimizing business processes, integrating enterprise systems, and improving customer-facing and internal platforms. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, contribute to solution design, and ensure that complex banking requirements are effectively addressed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Gather and analyze business requirements for IT systems and digital banking solutions
- Prepare specifications for system changes and functional requirements
- Analyze, document, and optimize business processes
- Create and maintain functional and technical documentation
- Develop and review UML, C4, and BPMN diagrams
- Support the preparation of high-level designs and system architecture documentation
- Coordinate integration requirements with external systems and third-party vendors
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and project teams
- Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and project meetings
- Support solution blueprint activities throughout the project lifecycle
- 4–5 years of experience working on IT projects in an Analyst or similar role
- A technical background (higher education in IT, hands-on experience working with IT teams)
- Experience gathering, defining, documenting, and managing business requirements
- Strong knowledge of business process analysis and data modeling
- Practical experience delivering IT projects in complex environments
- Knowledge of requirements engineering methodologies and functional specification development
- Ability to read, create, and analyze UML, C4, and BPMN diagrams
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and MS Office tools
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
- English proficiency enabling participation in technical discussions, documentation reviews, and communication with international stakeholders
- Experience working with various software development methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall
- Knowledge of XML, JSON, and REST-based integrations
- Understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles and modeling techniques
- Experience working with SOA and event-driven architectures
- Familiarity with messaging technologies and asynchronous communication patterns, including Kafka and message queues
- Knowledge of tools supporting software testing and test automation processes
- Experience collaborating on systems integrating multiple external services and platforms
- Working knowledge of SQL and database querying
- Understanding of synchronous and asynchronous communication mechanisms in distributed systems
