Senior Delivery Manager – Agile and Cloud Platforms

As a Senior Delivery Manager – Agile and Cloud Platforms, you will be working for our client, a leader in enabling digital excellence through modern PaaS solutions within the Banking sector. You will help drive the development of resilient, high-performance applications leveraging cloud technologies and agile methodologies, empowering teams to deliver impactful solutions swiftly and securely. Your main responsibilities:

• Facilitate the end-to-end delivery of software solutions from concept to live using Agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely achievement of delivery targets.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and discovery sessions.
• Manage risk mitigation, dependencies, and impediments to maintain sprint velocity and delivery quality.
• Monitor and communicate project progress through metrics like burn-down charts, velocity, and backlog statuses.
• Oversee release management activities, ensuring smooth deployment and transition to production.
• Drive governance, compliance, and quality assurance processes across teams.
• Act as a key contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and promoting continuous improvement.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in delivery management within software development or IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, time-sensitive projects on scope and within budget.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience managing global stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with SDLC phases, architecture, deployment, and service-oriented architectures.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rally, or similar platforms.
• Ability to self-manage, take ownership, build relationships, and drive solutions end-to-end.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certifications such as PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, or similar.
• Experience working in financial services or banking environments.

Language Required for the role :

• Fluent English (spoken and written).
