As a Senior Data Warehouse and ETL Developer, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the online banking sector, on the development and optimization of sophisticated data warehouse solutions. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining data architecture that drives precise financial reporting and insightful analysis. Your main responsibilities:
- Design and implement ETL processes using Informatica Power Center to ensure seamless data integration.
- Develop and maintain data warehouses and reporting data marts to support decision-making processes.
- Participate in the implementation and integration of Informatica tools within the data landscape.
- Create and develop BI-analytical environments to facilitate advanced data analysis.
- Maintain and optimize Oracle databases and applications for performance and scalability.
- Define and document technical specifications and administrative procedures.
- Test, validate, and troubleshoot software solutions, ensuring robustness and accuracy.
- Prepare software installation packages and support software deployment to production environments.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- At least 5 years of experience in data warehousing, ETL development, and Oracle-based systems.
- Strong expertise in Informatica Power Center for ETL processes.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle database design.
- Knowledge of accounting and financial reporting within the banking sector.
- Experience with automating development tasks using AI tools (e.g., Codex, Claude).
- Practical understanding of data warehouse design for large institutions.
- Ability to read and produce technical documentation fluently in English.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills with a focus on quality.
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Theoretical and practical experience with Big Data, Python, and Spark.
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) concepts and related tools.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with SQL Developer, SVN, GitHub, JIRA, and Confluence.
Language Required for the role:
- Polished command of Polish is essential.
