As a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer – CI/CD and Cloud Automation, you will be working for our client, a leader in digital transformation, focusing on developing and optimizing scalable DevOps solutions in the Azure cloud environment. You’ll drive the evolution of our centralized Software Development LifeCycle platform, empowering teams with cutting-edge tooling and automation to deliver secure, compliant, and efficient software delivery processes. Your main responsibilities:
- Enhance and maintain CI/CD pipelines, including branching strategies, pipeline as code, and environment management.
- Deploy, configure, and scale GitLab Runners within Kubernetes environments.
- Automate workflows using scripting languages such as Bash, Python, and tools like Terraform and Helm.
- Monitor platform performance with Prometheus, Grafana, and enterprise security standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement infrastructure as code and improve automation practices.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues proactively.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize DevOps processes, security, and compliance.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Strong expertise in GitLab administration and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and deploying GitLab Runners.
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Helm.
- Excellent scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and ownership mindset.
- Effective cross-team collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)
- Experience with GitLab Premium or Ultimate features.
- Knowledge of enterprise security best practices and compliance standards.
- Additional automation tools or AI-driven solutions experience.
