As a Senior Applied AI Researcher, you will be working for our client, a leading global investment bank, providing a chance to be part of a prestigious organization known for its excellence in financial services. Your main responsibilities:

• Lead the development and deployment of AI/ML models tailored for financial services, ensuring scalability and robustness in production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate AI solutions into core banking and trading platforms.
• Drive research initiatives to advance NLP, deep learning, and time series analysis within the organization.
• Mentor junior team members and share expertise to foster a culture of continuous innovation.
• Present research findings at conferences and contribute to open-source AI/ML frameworks.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI technology and proactively recommend innovative solutions.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 4+ years of experience in AI/ML research and application, preferably in financial or high-tech industries.
• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Quantitative Finance, or related fields.
• Proven experience in building and deploying machine learning models in production.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or Java.
• Expertise in natural language processing, deep learning, and time series analysis.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Experience working within financial markets, including equities or fixed income.
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML frameworks or active community involvement.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, containerization, or scalable ML infrastructure.

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent in Polish and English.
