Position: SAP SuccessFactor Consultant


Company: As an SAP SF Implementation Contractor, you will be working for our client, a leading e-commerce company undergoing an intensive exploration phase for the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors as its global HR system. The project is currently in the design phase, focusing on employee lifecycle management, position/vacancy management, global process alignment, data exchange with other systems, and reporting & analytics. Your role involves dedicated work on the Employee Central module, requiring expertise in other modules (Recruitment, Onboarding, Compensation, L&D), and the ability to integrate knowledge for solution design. The position demands administrative skills, technical proficiency in the system, and proficiency in English (min. C1), with a preference for Polish speakers. This is a full-time remote collaboration with a large, globally distributed project team.


Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement solutions for employee lifecycle management, including hiring, contract changes, and termination.
  • Lead the subproject on position/vacancy management, aligning it with existing processes.
  • Ensure global process consistency and harmonization.
  • Facilitate data exchange between SAP SF and other systems, treating SAP SF as the master data source.
  • Contribute to reporting and analytics initiatives.


You're Ideal for This Role if You Have:

  • Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on the Employee Central module.
  • Comprehensive understanding of other SAP SF modules (Recruitment, Onboarding, Compensation, L&D).
  • Ability to integrate knowledge across modules for holistic solution design.
  • Administrative proficiency and technical expertise in SAP SF.
  • Proficiency in English (min. C1); Polish language skills are a plus.
  • Prior experience in managing position/vacancy and aligning with organizational processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Capability to collaborate effectively in a large, globally distributed project team.
  • Familiarity with data exchange processes between SAP SF and other systems.
  • Prior exposure to Time & Attendance processes in SAP SF (considered in the second phase).
