As a Production Support Engineer – AI & LLM, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the trading industry dedicated to ensuring the stability and efficiency of complex trading systems. Your main responsibilities:

• Provide user support for investigation and resolution of issues affecting front office trading flows and LLM-based systems
• Monitor and maintain trading infrastructure to guarantee system availability and performance
• Support trading platforms across Windows and Linux environments, ensuring all components are operational before trading begins
• Coordinate with engineering and business teams to resolve incidents swiftly, minimizing disruptions
• Support release management and deployment processes to sustain a stable production environment
• Maintain and optimize databases, ensuring smooth operation of critical systems
• Develop tools to enhance monitoring, dashboards, and alerting solutions for better operational visibility
• Contribute to the design and implementation of advanced monitoring and alerting solutions to proactively address issues
• Participate in on-call support, including evening and weekend shifts, to ensure continuous system reliability

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 2+ years of experience supporting trading systems, including manual trading, algorithmic trading platforms, or risk systems
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux system administration
• Strong scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell, Command Prompt, or Python
• Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong sense of ownership in resolving issues
• Effective communication skills to work with technical teams and stakeholders
• Knowledge of large language models (LLM) concepts and hosting environments
• Familiarity with monitoring metrics, system data analysis, and incident management

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Understanding of financial markets including Equities, Futures, Commodities, or Foreign Exchange
• Experience with market data, execution systems, or algorithmic trading
• Knowledge of monitoring tools and dashboard creation
