As a .NET Tech Lead, you will be working for our client, a global organisation of independent audit and advisory firms  with a strong focus on technology solutions. T. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and delivering cutting-edge software solutions.

Your key responsibilities: ·     

• Lead the technical design and architecture of .NET-based applications.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Drive best practices in software development, including code quality, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

As an ideal candidate, you have   

• Extensive experience (7+ years) in full-stack development using .NET technologies.
• Proficiency in React.js for front-end development.
• Strong architectural skills, including designing scalable and maintainable systems.
• Previous experience in leading and inspire a team, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in software engineering.
