As a Middle Office Senior Analyst – Capital Markets, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the financial industry. You will support their investment funds’ activities in the capital markets by providing crucial operational assistance, ensuring seamless trade execution, settlement, and reporting. Your main responsibilities:
- Perform Middle Office processes supporting investment funds' activity in the capital markets
- Settle institutional clients' instructions and investigate/resolve inconsistencies across platforms
- Support client inquiries and prepare detailed transaction reports
- Send and monitor settlement/payment instructions to custodian banks
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including oversight teams
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and support team members in problem-solving
- Provide training and onboard new employees to processes
- Maintain and update procedural and audit documentation
- Escalate issues proactively to safeguard department performance and reputation
- Lead process improvements, projects, and change initiatives within the team
- Manage risks with effective controls and ensure compliance with regulations
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial sector, including capital markets
- Solid understanding of cash and securities settlement processes
- Proficient with MS Office tools
- Ability to analyze complex data independently and resolve issues with attention to detail
- Knowledge of risk management principles and control policies
- Experience participating in projects
It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

- SWIFT knowledge
- University degree in finance or banking
