As a Mid/Senior System Analyst – Digital Banking Solutions, you will be working for our client, a leader in innovative banking solutions. You will play a vital role in developing a transformative digital banking platform, helping redefine online and mobile banking for corporate clients. Your main responsibilities:
- Drive the development of a greenfield mobile application dedicated to corporate clients, ensuring modern and innovative credit processes.
- Analyse client needs and requirements to design solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Integrate complex banking systems using SOA, Web Services, and related technologies.
- Model and document system architecture using UML, BPMN, and CASE tools.
- Develop and test APIs with SOAP UI, Postman, and Swagger to ensure seamless interoperability.
- Focus on security and performance optimization for enterprise-scale banking solutions.
- Work within agile teams utilizing SCRUM and Agile PM methodologies.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- At least 4 years of experience in IT projects, preferably within the financial sector.
- Strong understanding of system analysis, integration, and UML modeling.
- Proficiency in SQL, SOA, Web Services, and API testing tools.
- Ability to translate client needs into technical solutions.
- Experience with sequence diagrams and BPMN.
- Good command of the Polish and English languages.
- Higher education in a related field.
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Knowledge of security best practices in banking systems.
- Certification in UML, BPMN, or related IT methodologies.

- Good command of the Polish language.
