As a Mid-Level MFA Project Manager, you will be working for our client, a pioneer in digital security and identity management. You will contribute to cutting-edge projects focused on developing and implementing modern authentication solutions, including passwordless and phishing-resistant MFA, shaping the future of secure digital access. Your main responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of IAM and infrastructure projects, coordinating with large organizations and multiple stakeholders.
- Support proof-of-concept and pilot testing for new authentication patterns, managing planning and rollout activities.
- Collaborate with Architecture teams to design production infrastructure aligned with cutting-edge security standards.
- Communicate technical concepts and project updates effectively at stakeholder forums, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Support technical assessments and reviews with service owners to identify suitable approaches for implementation.
- Plan and support the deployment of MFA solutions, including passwordless authentication and FIDO-based protocols.
- Engage in technical discussions around modern authentication protocols and troubleshoot issues during implementation.
- Promote best practices and support the efficient use of tools like JIRA and Confluence within the team.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- At least 3 years of experience in technical project management, particularly within large organizations.
- Strong understanding of IAM, Multi-Factor Authentication, Passwordless Authentication, and related security standards.
- Hands-on experience with Entra ID / Azure AD.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and confidently.
- Proactive attitude with a drive to deliver results and influence projects positively.
- Excellent social skills across multiple communication channels to engage stakeholders effectively.
It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)
- Experience with FIDO-based authentication solutions.
- Familiarity with modern infrastructure design and security architectures.

- Fluent English—excellent written and verbal communication skills.
